There is electricity and water This 1950s house still retains its charm from the era, it is a family home. Simple and basic. It has all the basics, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hot water, equipped kitchen, patios and parking for several cars. Ranchón with grill and the freshness of the beach just a few meters away. Read the rules. We are NOT on the same beach, but very close, just half a block away. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Cleaning service every other day for stays longer than three nights.

The beach is just 600 metres away. Thanks to the solar system, you always have electricity during the day. At night, we recommend cooking with gas and using the air conditioning sparingly—this way, everything runs smoothly. 🚫 Please note: No parties. Visitors by prior arrangement only.

It's a large, independent apartment. With a bedroom with two beds, (one large and one smaller), air conditioning, safe, clothes hangers and TV. A bathroom with hot and cold water; a kitchen equipped with everything for food preparation (a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, gas stove, refrigerator), a small folding table and three stools for eating, and use of the washing machine. A common terrace surrounded by plants with armchairs, table and chairs and a beautiful garden.
