"Kayy Apt 4" can accommodate up to 4 people in its high quality mattresses and is located in one of the most famous beaches of Crete, "Matala". It is just few meters of the sea, fully equipped with everything you will need on your vacation. Within a short distance, you will find other beaches and archaeological sites as well as hiking trails and many other beautiful places that are hidden from the crowd.

The house is located quite spectacular on a small hill with 5000 sqm land. This site offers views in all directions,to the sea, mountains and valleys. The old garden with palms,cactus,oleander and olives is generously planned. The traditionally built stone house with ~ 80 sqm is completely renovated and furnished modern. The salt water pool (8x3,5 m) is heated from June onwards . You drive to the village Kamilari 5, to Kommos beach 10 and to the airport 60 minutes.

Villa Mojito was built in 2020. It has stunning views of Mount Psiloritis, the Messara valley and the sea. The house offers everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There are several terraces and covered spaces, as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. In 2022 we added a large electrical pergola to provide extra shade. The house has excellent air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in winter. We also have a pellet stove.
