Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία με μια απίθανη θέα και ηλιοβασίλεμα τόσο από εσωτερικά με θέα από το παράθυρο πάνω στην θάλασσα όσο και εξωτερικά από την αυλή. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Άνετο διώροφο διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, μικρό δέυτερο wc, εσωτερική σκάλα και δύο ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια που προσφέρουν θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Μόνο 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες που αναζητούν ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους. Ενώ ξεχωρίζει για την τοποθεσία του, προσφέροντας ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Ακριβός μπροστά σας, ιδιωτική παραλία με δύο ομπρέλες κ ξαπλώστρες . Καλή διαμονή

Aegean Studio 2

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
