A house that "flies" over the sea

A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. "StrawberryBeach forever" 120m apartment, located on the cliff, in a safe and quiet area! At night you can see the city lights. We like to be able to see the seagulls and albatrosses in the middle of nature and observe the scenery every day In the area there are several restaurants. 98 steps away is a supermarket open 365 days away On wave days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Bright and very quiet bungalow, almost inside the Maspalomas golf course, in a residential complex. All on a level with no stairs! Gorgeous gardens, pools and solarium. Restaurants, supermarkets and more nearby. Complete satisfaction and pleasant stay with all the comforts of a house very equipped. One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Our apartment is at the GROUND FLOOR of a 4 townhouse building, very quiet and family area. We live in one of them so we are available for whatever you might need. The building is located within a PRIVATE STREET without traffic,in this way rest,relaxation and safety are guaranteed. You will be in a very quiet and family atmosphere, at the same time close to the nightlife. Pool access is by leaving the apartment and climbing stairs.

Recent gerenoveerd appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Centraal gelegen aan de doorgaande weg tussen strand (300m) en winkel en uitgaanscentrum Yumbo (400m). Gelegen in een kleinschalig complex (gerenoveerd in 2022) met zwembad. Vanwege de ligging, onbeperkt internet (glasvezel), wasmachine en TV (incl. chromecast en TV) en goed voorziene keuken (oven, vaatwasser, vriezer etc) geschikt voor zowel een kort als langer verblijf.

Very nice large apartment

Beautiful and large apartment with 2 terraces. The apartment is 80m2 with stylish decor and wooden elements. Absolutely quiet and centrally located in a small apartment complex with only 12 residential units. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, TV and very good Wi-Fi connection. Beautiful green garden with pool. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation.

Located in the heart of Playa del Inglés. The apartment is 300 m walking from Playa del Inglés Beach. You can see the lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. Apartment is in a complex very close to the beach and there's a on the ‘paseo’ (promenade) and is situated opposite the ocean with direct access via stairs to the beach. Very beautiful with flowered trees all around.
