In the kitchen there is all the necessary equipment (glasses, cutlery, plates, pots, pans...), microwave, stove, refrigerator. There is no food there, please do not leave any there. The parking lot is located at the cottage or you can leave the car at the Belez hotel (10 min walk) 10€ per stay, it is necessary to report the license plate. Suitable for 4X4 and SUV vehicles!

In the village there is a popular climbing rock (see photo), rock Hlavačka, swing of love,..Hiking road to Veľký Choc is located 5 min. by car.

Parking is free of charge, we have our own dedicated parking lot for more cars. Pedestrian zone of the center of Martin 1 minute from the building. Ideal apartment if you want privacy and peace. The accommodation is accessed via a key safe. You can book the apartment at any time, even at night.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. You have an entire fully equipped cottage in a pleasant environment at the foot of Malá Fatra. It is located 9 kilometers from Terchova and 12 kilometers from Žilina. There is fiber internet on the hut. Nearby is the hiking trail to Malý Kriváň. In season, you can season black and red currants, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, peas, strawberries, plums, apples, herbs, etc.
