We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Swimming jetty for saltwater swimming and access to wood-fired sauna with fantastic sea view. Well-planned house with spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Own boat trip that takes less than 5 minutes from the mainland. Small motor boat included. No ferry connection. Commuting distance to Gothenburg in 40 minutes.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

You can take a refreshing swim with a short walk to the sea. There are many hiking trails and lookout points. Hållsunga Skafferi - a farm shop within walking distance. Lycke Golf & Country Club - 15 minutes by car. Stall Tofta - horseback riding on Icelandic horse in scenic Äggdal. Marstrand and Carlsten Fortress.

Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Felicitas - a warm welcome

A delightful wooden cottage in a central yet quiet location on Koön-Marstrand. Free parking on private property and only 1 minute from the Marstrandsfärja ferry, which operates 24/7 to Marstrandsön. The supermarket and bakery are both within 2 minutes, and a refreshing swim in the sea is also just a 2-minute walk from the cottage. You have access to a private terrace and a shared garden with barbecue facilities. No cleaning is required before departure. Bookings between 1 May and 1 October 2026.

Newly-renovated apartment in central location on Koön, Marstrand. The apartment has a sea view towards Albrektsund Canal with a strong stream of boats during the summer. The apartment is in a quiet area even during busy summer months. From the apartment you will have short distances to both swimming, ferry to Marstrandsön, shops and restaurants. On Koön, there are many scenic hiking trails. Several public parking spaces are nearby. Both the kitchen and bathroom will be renovated in 2025.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Segelmakeriet is the perfect place if you are looking for a hideaway for a night, long weekend or longer. In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. You each have a bathrobe and a large comfortable bath towel for saltwater bathing as well as shower towels. There is a coffee machine and carbonated water for free access.

Spectacular seaside view location at Tjorn, Sweden

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
