180 m² single-storey house to enjoy your reunion with family or friends, with a large enclosed garden of 800 m² with terrace, sunbathing, dining area, etc. Nearby you will discover the oyster and mussel port, the seaside walking trail, not to mention the surroundings with the islands (Ré, Aix, Olerons) the Poitevin marsh,...
