Located close to the northern quarter of Lord Street where you can find an abundance of world class restaurants and newly refurbished bars. Lord street just 150m and Promanade just 50m stroll making this a fantastic location to enjoy what Southport has to offer. As a ground floor self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave air frier washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart television and internet access. There is also a cosy small enclosed courtyard where guests can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a extra comfy kindsize bed. There is one modern newly installed bathroom with large walk in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

We are situated in the peaceful village with shops & restaurants, a short walk to Meols Hall wedding venue. We are only 2 miles from Southport Town Centre and at least 4 famous golf courses. The apartment is above our cosy artisan coffee shop which is the perfect place for an amazing coffee & breakfast which you get at a discount.
