I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

There is one parking place and a 2-guest maximum. Located 5 mins from S. Meriwether Cabin is in the center of a 200 acre former farm, which is now a lakeside recreational area, with a large RV campground, woods and cabins. It is a totally renovated classic mobile home. This cabin is pet friendly but only if you acknowledge that you will be bringing a pet and pay the $75 Pet Fee. The cabin is adjacent to our “Nivendale at Riverview Campground” Cabin, also on Airbnb. The two can be rented together, for larger groups.

The lake side at Honeycomb Valley is one of the most peaceful places you will find. Watch the sun come up over the mountain, enjoy the birds, take a paddle in the kayaks/paddle boat or float around in the lake on several provided floats. There is a huge yard for running and playing. Games for outdoors and in. Plenty room to park/recharge the boat in the yard and park it at the dock for that early morning tournament.
