The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. My house is comfortable and clean. It makes you feel right at home. 15 km from Córdoba. In the beautiful village of Encinarejo. Peace and enjoyment. Bus and train nearby. Enjoy the private saltwater pool. Nearby sports courts. Ideal for families with children, but also for anyone tired of the noise and stress of the cities, my house is the ideal place. We are in a village and you can enjoy the city fifteen minutes away on good, low-traffic roads.

Set in 5 acres of orchards and gardens, the farmhouse is divided into two separate semi-detached homes each with its own private entrance . The owner lives in one of these houses some of the time. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.

You will feel like you are right at home.

It is a spacious , new and very comfortable house with heating and air conditioning throughout the house. The well-equipped leisure room is independent and does not disturb the other guests. Very well located to visit Andalusia. Very close to Osuna, Ecija, Estepa. Approximately an hour from the major cities to visit. The village has a lot of charm, with a swimming pool and very attractive for tapas and typical meals.
