Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Bøtø's loveliest cottage!

This stylish cottage is a total of 123 sqm on a large fenced plot, and with room for several families who can enjoy themselves together. The house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen-living room with fireplace, cozy living room with large TV, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a large partially covered wooden terrace with wilderness bath and outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. In addition, large natural plot with old trees. The house is only 400 meters walk from Denmark's best beach!

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Rental prices are excluding consumption, charged for spent water and electricity. Consumption is charged after the end of the stay through Airbnb. Lovely cottage with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, loft for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The house's large terrace has Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a lovely gathering point. Wifi and 2 TV with possibility of Airplay. Only 350 meters to fantastic beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor tables for 8 persons, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and rocking rack. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Lovely vacation home in the heart of Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walk to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great option. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late check out at 11am and early check in at 2pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

Wonderfully bright holiday home close to the forest and beach

Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cottage in Marielyst. It is 350 meters to the city/shopping and 900 meters to Denmark's best beach. The 68 m2 - with ceiling for kip throughout the house - is distributed in a nice bright kitchen and living room in one, a hallway, bathroom with shower and 3 rooms (a double bed, 2 single beds and a 1 1/2 man bed). The garden is enclosed with fencing. The cottage is cozy and spacious with a covered terrace as well as an outdoor fireplace.

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax for a lovely sunset. Here are all the necessary amenities that you need. The only negative is that you risk being woken up by some chickens laying your morning egg. If you are on a bike, it does not take long to drive to a small, cozy and child-friendly beach.
