Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Úrsula Iguáran is 500 meters from the church of Lavras Novas, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

The little place is all decorated with local handicrafts, it has a backyard with a wood-burning stove, a ground fire and a hammock, right in front of a beautiful view of the Serra do Trovão, adorned by a valley that mixes Atlantic Forest and Cerrado. Come and have a comforting experience in our little corner!

Family Chalet - Lavras Novas

Chalé cozy and with a breathtaking view, located in the family studio. Romantic refuge located right in the center of the village but off the main street, perfect for those who want to leave the car and walk. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple. The cottage is equipped with an electric oven, electric kettle and minibar. THERE IS NO KITCHEN. Private entrance that gives access to a shared garden with a table for enjoying the view. We have a car space.

The Chalet is located in Lavras Novas, 500 meters from the church, 200 meters of dirt road. Guests will wake up to the sound of birds in a very comfortable, spacious chalet with a whirlpool that brings out all the charm of the place. The chalet has a compact kitchen, with all the basic utensils, as well as a minibar, stove and microwave. Guests can enjoy the experience of preparing their food in this wonderful place, and with an incredible view! ☺️

Here you will have quiet, peace, tranquillity and privacy while being less than 10min from the center of Ouro Preto or Mariana 🚨 - This chalet has a maximum capacity of 2 people 🚨 - Smoking is extremely prohibited anywhere within the valley (even outside areas) to violate this rule will be subject to a fine. 🐕- We don't allow Pets

Next to Hotel Vila Relicário and Andorinhas Municipal Natural Park, here we are completely by nature, and as a gift, we have the songs of the birds. We are located 2.5 km from Tiradentes Square, the historic center, going up the steep slope of João de Paiva. Another way would be the same route as the circular bus.
