Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Úrsula Iguáran is 500 meters from the church of Lavras Novas, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

Guests will wake up to the sound of birds in a spacious and very comfortable cottage that brings all the charm of the place. Refúgio romântico localizado bem no centro da vila porém fora da rua principal, perfeito pra quem quer deixar o carro e andar a pé. Nossa acomodação é perfeita para um casal. O chalé é equipado com forninho elétrico, chaleira elétrica e frigobar. Entrada privativa que da acesso a um jardim compartilhado com mesa para apreciação da vista. Temos vaga para carro.
