Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

This loft is ideally located for hiking in the sublime Dévoluy and Vercors mountain ranges. 35 minutes from Grenoble and 20 minutes from Lake Monteynard, this former farm building, converted into a loft with its 35 m² of bay windows, offers you an ideal relaxing setting, bathed in light and with breathtaking views of the Dévoluy and the surrounding forest.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm, soothing atmosphere. An interior decoration inspired by the Japanese style brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.
