The firepit is a family favorite spot for making s'mores. We provide propane BBQ plus smoke house smoker, yard games, & plenty of board games.

Bring canoe, kayak, or boat to use from personal dock. **Due to drought, dock is not floating.

Propane grill. See the night sky, relax in the shade of the aged oak at the cove (1/4 mile across the field). Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars-all yours.

Grill a meal at the cabana and finish the evening building a crackling fire under the stars while sipping a glass of wine! Perfect for a couple with possibly one child or girlfriends who share a bed! *Cabana will have spider webs, nature always wins!

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..
