Accommodation with separate entrance, queen size bed, privacy, independent AC, climate control to your liking, kitchen, private bathroom, very quiet area and silence for your rest, no bad smells, entrance with code and TV. Whatever you need, we are very attentive to the needs of the guest. Everything is very close to the medical center and downtown Houston, Hobby airport and supermarkets less than 5 minutes away, very central. Everything is new.

The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.
