Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.

In the heart of Provence... In a small corner of the countryside, you will find this charming, beautifully decorated cottage with a lovely natural area and a swimming pool (shared with the owner). A table tennis table and a small pétanque court will be available for you. The cottage is close to many villages: Lurs 10 minutes away, Forcalquier 15 minutes away, Gréoux-les-Bains 25 minutes away, Lac d'Esparon 35 minutes away, Aix-en-Provence 40 minutes away, etc., and to all amenities.

The house: approx. 110 m² - three floors - 2 bedrooms - open kitchen with living area - large 20 m² roof terrace - sauna Garage for bicycles/motorcycle (no car) Good starting point for motorcycle, cycling tours, many other leisure activities and markets - or for a day trip to the Côte d'Azur.

The apartment is the ground floor of the villa. The pool will be at your disposal, to share with myself living upstairs, but I work a lot. So we'll see very little of each other.
