The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Neradou House is a beautiful old ground floor stone house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third fully independent building in a row in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of staying the way it was 200 years ago.

To Palio, which means "the old one" is a traditional house in the area of Mpoikatika , Magazia. It has been built in the previous century and renewed during the late years , without losing it's old character and architecture. A quiet place in the middle of olive trees. Druvio is an old renovated olive mill located near the village Magazia with a view to the south tip of Corfu. It features a spacious kitchen and living room, with a room and a small elevated bed.
