The price includes reasonable but limited use of electricity, gas and water. The central natural gas heating is connected only in winter and the air conditioning only in summer, between June 15 and September 15 or temperatures above 25°. Between seasons, when the outside temperature is pleasant and easily adjustable without technology (20°-25°) these amenities will not be available. Thermostat limited to 22° all year round. The use of glass items is not allowed on the upper deck where the jacuzzi is. Also, we want to remind you that the use of jacuzzis is not recommended for children. If in any case they made use, all liability will lie with the adult in charge. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area right in the center, between the church and the beach of the Port Bo. The only public parking in the village opens only in peak season. It is located at c/Chopitea 29, about 350mts away from the apartment and has 24h surveillance.
