With historic architecture, high ceilings, and a stone water basin that stays at 12°C, the house is ideally located near shops in a lively village. Provencal farmhouse at the foot of Ventoux

Beautifully restored 19th century Provencal farmhouse located just outside the historic village of Malaucène, famous for its 13th century church of Saint-Michel. The farmhouse is ideally located at the crossroads of bike lovers. ​The farmhouse offers a comfortable living space of 140 sq. with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It will accommodate up to 6 adults. The terrace includes a dining table close to the kitchen, pétanque court, sunbathing and pool area.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

You'll love it! 1 km from the village, at the foot of Mt Ventoux, semi-detached house, all comforts of 80 m2 in the middle of oaks, with, in summer, private access from 12pm to 6pm to a large swimming pool 12/5 on the estate (not accessible outside of this time slot because of its maintenance and that of the environment) Perfect for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 older children. Typical Provençal village house, in the heart of Malaucène, in close proximity to all shops. House for climbers: 4 floors with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen-dining room and rooftop terrace. Please note that stairs are not recommended for young children. Public parking 100 meters away, possibility to unload your suitcases by stopping in front of the house. Athletes welcome, the stairs will be a little warm-up for climbing the Ventoux!
