The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Great opportunity to stay in a central, elegant and newly renovated apartment, where cleanliness, comfort and quality are a priority. Excellent communications, 9 minutes from downtown and 4 minutes from the restaurant and leisure area. Very quiet neighborhood. IMPORTANT!!!! You can visit the Convent of San José de las Carmelitas Descalzas (III Fundación de Santa Teresa), enjoy wonderful hiking trails and the best products in the area (cheeses, oil, Pinesa beans, wine...).
