The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. The apartment is fitted with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a fridge, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a stovetop.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Rybníček, comfort in the middle of nature

”Rybníček” is a cozy small apartment in a private forest setting surrounded by beautiful nature of Pezinská baba, 15 minutes from Pezinok city and 40 minutes from Bratislava. Rybníček was reconstructed by my parents who live there all year long, together with their dogs, cats and several chickens :) We rent only one part of the house, so you are the only guests when staying at Rybníček.
