A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

Please note: suitable for 2 adults (in shared bed) and 2 small children. I only rent to guests with 4 + stars on Airbnb and families/quiet guests to avoid parties/noise. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is 73 sqm in one of Oslo's finest neighborhoods. Short distance to bars, restaurants and shopping in short distance. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, children's room with cot (160x80 cm). I live here on a daily basis with my 6 year old son. Has, playpen, high chair and toys for children Also, equipment and bed for baby available if desired.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors located in the residential area Majorstua, very close to the city centre and just next to The Royale Palace. Fully equipped kithen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. This is the best location in Oslo and you can walk almost everywhere. The apartment is ideal for 7 people, but it`s possible for 9 people to stay if you dont mind sleeping a bit tight. I only accept reservations from guests over 40 years old or families.

The location is very good, in a beautiful neighborhood right next to Vigeland Park. The tram 12 stops right in front of the building and allows you to reach all of Oslo main sights within 15 min. It has a supermarket right by the corner and one of Oslo's main attractions just across the street-the Vigeland Park.
