Unwind in the private jacuzzi, or chill out on the leafy, tropical roof terrace. The moment that we stepped through the old wooden door of this house we fell in love! 'La Verdecita' is approximately 500 years old and has very peaceful and calm atmosphere as well as classic structure and proportions. Wide, solid 'muros' and a central patio are typical of the homes built in this barrio during the Middle Ages. GROUND FLOOR Open plan living space. Central patio dining area. Large sitting room / tv room with wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen. Rest room / toilet. Bedroom 'Susana' with double bed (135cm x 190cm) and en suite shower room. Private patio with wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. FIRST FLOOR Principal bedroom 'Reyes', king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom. Double bedroom 'Maria' with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room. Double bedroom 'Rocio' with king size bed (150cm x 200cm). Double bedroom 'Esperanza' with two single beds (90cm x 200cm). Double shower room. ROOF TERRACE Chill out area Bar, fridge and dishwasher. Outside shower. The house has full air con / heating and wifi through out. We have spent the past year working on the restoration of the building. We have tried to respect the heritage and conserve the soul of this historic and unique house. We have sourced appropriate materials, commissioned furniture and put our heart and soul into creating a comfortable home from home. We have searched for special pieces of furniture, mixing antique and modern pieces. There are comfy beds, crispy cotton sheets and plenty of fluffy towels. La Verdecita is perfectly appointed and positioned to discover and explore all the magic that Seville had to offer with your friends and family. The ground floor is centred around the patio which creates a light, airy and generous space. There is a huge dining table, perfect for a large dinner or a slow and lazy breakfast. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious with enough sofa space for everyone to relax. There is also a smart TV, a DVD player and a wood burning stove. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an extra large Smeg oven, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a big celebratory meal. There is a utility area with washing machine. The 'Susana' double bedroom is just off the covered courtyard. This cool and comfortable room has the original high wooden, beamed ceilings as well as tiled and panelled walls. There is a double bed with an en suite shower room. The private downstairs patio houses the wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. There is also a handy, separate toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor has four bedrooms. 'Reyes'. The principal bedroom, king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom (copper bath tub, hand held shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This bedroom has a huge, ancient antique door as a headboard and two floor to ceiling windows leading onto juliet balconies that look onto Calle Verde. Original double doors lead through to the spacious bathroom with an exposed brick wall, soft lighting and a deep, luxurious copper bath tub. The 'Maria' bedroom with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room (shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This airy bedroom has a high ceiling and original wooden beams. Both the bedroom and adjoining shower room are decorated with handmade tiles in soft, subtle colours. It is a particularly quiet and peaceful room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The 'Esperanza' bedroom, two single beds (90cm x 200cm). This cosy and welcoming room has antique shutters on the wall, and a floor to ceiling double window leading to a balcony with a view over Calle Verde. The 'Rocio' bedroom, king size bed (150m x 200cm). This calm, lovely and simple room has original exposed bricks, ceiling and beams as well as a very beautiful armoire! The shared shower room. A huge walk in double shower with two generous brass showers. Toilet, bidet and basin. Stairs leading to the roof terrace. The roof terrace is great for relaxing. There is ample seating, a shaded area, an out door shower and a little bar area with a sink, fridge and dishwasher, perfect for preparing refreshments! Come and fall in love with Seville! (VFT/SE/02697) The entire house is yours to enjoy! Although I am not in Sevilla full time I am always easy to reach by phone / text or email. I work with my good friends and family - if I am not able to meet you in person then one of them will! The house is located on one of the prettiest and most evocative streets in La Juderia. Covered with scented jasmine, Calle Verde is a short stroll from tapas bars and La Carboneria for flamenco, and just moments from La Giralda and The Real Alcazar. You won't need public transport! The house is super-central and everything is easily accesible on foot. If you do need a bus there is a stop a five minute walk away. One of the main bus stations is a ten minute walk. There is a taxi rank two minutes away.

When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. The nearest beach, Nea Chora, is 15 minutes away, with a small fishing port, a broad sandy beach, and many good fish restaurants. ONAR VERDE doesn't offer a parking spot, but in a walking distance of 5 minutes there is a free of charge municipal parking area (Plateia Talos) where our guests can park their car.

Wer sich es hier gemütlich machen will, hat die Qual der Wahl – vielleicht im großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und grandiosem Blick? Oder im Garten unter einer der Palmen? Auf der Hauptterrasse am Pool? Auf einem Balkon? Morgens beginnt man am besten mit einem Frühstück im sonnigen Innenhof und dann lässt man sich einfach treiben und genießt das herrschaftliche Leben in der Villa und darum herum. Abends kann man entspannt eine runde Billiard, Tischfußball oder Flipper spielen. Der Garten ist angelegt mit unzähligen ausgefallenen Pflanzen und vielen Obstbäumen. An den Orangen, Zitronen, Pampelmusen, Pfirsichen, Mandeln, Feigen, Äpfeln und Birnen dürfen Sie sich gerne bedienen. Zum Strand von Luz sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Villa „Red Admiral“ befindet sich in einer kleinen Urbanisation die „Ruas das Borboletas“ verläuft ein paar hundert Meter den Hügel hinauf und endet in einer Sackgasse. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht einsam und besonders schön ist die Nähe zum Nationalpark Costa Vicentina in 3 km und die unmittlebare Nähe zu Lagos (8 km) und den vielen schönen Restaurants und Stränden in Luz und Burgau (jeweils 3 km) Auto empfohlen.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.
