Cuenta con dos dormitorios doble, uno de ellos con dos camas de 90cm, además de un sofá cama en el salón, con capacidad hasta 6 huéspedes. Tiene dos baños completos y cocina equipada. La Regidora is a former quintería or country house, located on the Quijote route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The property is a renovated former manor house from the early 20th century with a single storey that retains the character of the original building. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a toilet and spacious common areas. It is located on a 6,000 m² site. Outside, there's a large La Mancha-style courtyard with a barbecue and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. Ideal place to rest.

Idyllic environment surrounded by wild nature, located in a pinewood on the edge of the lake with direct access to the beach. Ideal for couples, the house consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and extra bed or optional cradle, bathroom and large terrace overlooking the lake.
