Pond and Sea View condo is well situated in the Cluster 2 building in the resort of Megaworld, Mactan Newtown. It is only about a 10-minute walk to the lovely beach on the Strait of Mactan. There are lots of amenities close by, just one floor down, including the gym, infinity pool, a short running or jogging path, etc. There are many amazing restaurants and shopping stores where you can buy pretty much all you need, making it easy to plan your visit.

An outdoor swimming pool area features several wicker tables and chairs arranged for relaxation. The pool reflects the clear blue sky and is framed by lush greenery and a view of the water's edge. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool for further comfort.
