Down to the Wire is a newly renovated condo just "down" Wire Road near the AU Vet School. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with king beds and their own private baths. Downstairs you will find a living room, which has a queen sofa sleeper, 1/2 bath and kitchen. The kitchen features new appliances with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you choose. A washer and dryer is provided as well. The exterior of the Brookes is currently undergoing major renovations, so please pardon the progress.

There is a pool and workout room for you to utilize if you desire. The condo has a full-size kitchen with everything you would need to cook with, a balcony, and full-size washer and dryer. It has a queen size bed in both BR and a couch that pulls out to a comfy bed. The condo has a TV in both bedrooms and in the living area.

Just a short walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium! Two free parking spaces included. This beautiful, renovated ground level, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 7-9. We are less than a mile to Jordan-Hare Stadium, super convenient for a short walk or quick drive. Tiger Transit is available in a neighboring gameday pickup location 1/4 mile from our condo. Located just off of College St, this condo sits lakefront on the ground floor of Building I. It has been fully renovated recently and is ready for your luxurious stay. Tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a basketball court are located directly behind the unit. The pool is a short walk to the other side of the lake (or you can park there, as it is at the main Lakewood entrance). Tiger Transit picks up at this complex.
