Modern 1 bedroom apartment in "Funky style house" right outside city proper of Ormoc City, but still in a peaceful fenced area with survailence camera . A 3 minutes ride with a tricycle take you to center of Ormoc where there are plenty of restaurants and a big Mall with alot of different stores."The Plaza" is in the center where alot of different arrangements take place,and where you can strall viewing the harbour that has a history from WW2 and sincked Japanese warships.

A homey place close to nature. This is a family vacation house , an oasis that accommodate up to 4 person. It's fully furnished with 2 bedrooms , a spacious living room, a native outdoor kitchen & veranda with a view of tropical gardens. We are located 6km drive from the city of Baybay, 20 min from VSU , 1 hr from Ormoc, 2 hrs to Maasin & 2h30 min drive from Tacloban. Lintaon peak is just 10 min away. Local Immersion , motorbike & swimming are good optional activities
