Outside there is a plating and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pit, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

The studio has a small but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and utensils. There is a table for four, a sofa and a bed. The flat has its own entrance and some outdoor space. Please note there is no TV.
