Our 2nd floor, 2 BD, 1 BA condo is supplied with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. There are three queen beds between the bedrooms and an additional four sleeping mats. Outside, our furnished balcony offers seating, grill and a dining table to enjoy. Only a 5 min walk to Moors Marina and Ralph’s restaurant , you have access to everything! #Lakelife

Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

We are located near Eddy Creek Marina, Dryden Bay. Bring your boat, fishing pole and kayak! Eddyville Shopping and Venture River Water Park are 8 miles away. 2 queen beds, sofa and futon for extra company. Full kitchen, outdoor dining with a gas grill. Pets are allowed with owners approval.

Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Unit B - Buckhorn Condos w/boat slip near Moors

This recently remodeled studio condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the lake where you have a private boat slip on buckhorn bay, and also a short walk to Moors Resort and Ralph's Harborview Bar & Grill! There is parking available for either 2 vehicles, or 1 truck and trailer. You also have 110v electric at the dock so you can charge your batteries right at the dock.
