This impressive 4,000 square foot home is nestled onto a 2-acre lot in the natural beauty of Texas Hill Country—known for its rolling, rugged landscape. The sprawling, open-concept floor plan is designed to effortlessly move around, especially with large groups. It’s a 12-minute drive to the heart of lively downtown Austin. Swim in the pool, play billiards, or shoot hoops on the basketball court.

The space
From an expansive bank of windows, look out onto the property’s canopied oaks and splashing fountains. Natural light streams in from all angles, creating a bright and airy ambiance throughout. A crackling limestone fireplace, one of the living room’s focal points, encourages you to gather around; sink into the leather sofa while reading a book or engaging in good conversation. As the sun sets, the sky is ignited with shades of rose and raspberry; watch from the bubbling hot tub for an unobstructed view. Party lights, dangling from overhead branches, illuminate the patio and outdoor fire pit after dark.

Eat like a true Texan, experiencing a mouthwatering barbecued meal with a side of warm hospitality at numerous high-end BBQ restaurants. In under twenty minutes, you can be in East Austin, grooving to live music at a hip venue, or touring local shops and boutiques.
