Seagrace Villa is nestled on the canal in the gated community of Leeward, just moments away from the beloved Anchorage Restaurant & Bar. This spectacular villa is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Your only 5 minutes away from the world famous Grace Bay beach. We got you covered with beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler for the perfect beach day. For more adventure we offer complimentary kayaks and paddleboards.

The space
Spot tropical birds and fish around Mangrove Cay from the waterfront Seagrace. This modern Caribbean residence has a resort-worthy pool and lounge area set at the edge of the canal in the Leeward Settlement. When you’ve had enough napping in the Turks and Caicos sunshine, take the kayaks or paddleboard out to explore nearby cays or pedal the bicycles to the white sands of famed Grace Bay Beach.

 

Let the villa’s housekeeper take care of the details while you savor the warm weather from the pool and outdoor living and dining areas, or prep just-caught seafood on the barbecue. After sunset, linger outside around the firepit or gather inside the vacation rental around the smart TV, put a favorite album on the Sonos sound system or share holiday snaps over Wi-Fi.

 

There’s plenty of room for the whole family—or your group of friends—to catch up in the open-concept great room, which has a spacious sitting area, a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Three sets of sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor living areas and frame views of the canal.

 

Seagrace has 3 bedrooms with king beds: two with private en-suite bathrooms, including the master suite, and one that shares access to a hall bathroom. This luxury residence also has one bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds that shares the hall bathroom with the king bedroom.

 

Kayaks, a paddleboard and bicycles give you the luxury of exploring the area at your leisure. Paddle out to Mangrove Cay to spot wildlife or to Little Water Cay to meet some of its resident rock iguanas. Cycle to Grace Bay Beach to put your toes in its sugar-like sand and turquoise water or relive your honeymoon over dinner at a restaurant along its shores.
