The space
Drive up to the majestic Almiral de la Font estate, set amongst 250 acres of private countryside just outside Sitges, and you will immediately appreciate why it has become one of the region’s most distinctive properties. Sitting proudly on a hillside, this historic Catalan masia enjoys panoramic views across the Garraf Natural Park, the surrounding mountains and, in the distance, the Mediterranean Sea.
The estate’s vineyards, woodland, orchards and walking tracks provide a wonderful sense of space and privacy. Pear, olive, walnut, almond and orange trees grow throughout the grounds, alongside the herbs and wild plants native to the Mediterranean landscape.
The history and character of Almiral de la Font are complemented by an exceptional range of facilities. The house has a remarkably well-equipped private gym, sauna and hot tub, together with a home cinema, poker room and dedicated children’s room. The man cave and games room includes a snooker table, table tennis and table football, providing plenty of entertainment for adults and children alike.
There are also numerous spacious living areas in which guests can spend time together or find a quiet corner of their own. Enjoy a drink beside the fireplace, relax in the Moroccan lounge or take in the views from one of the many terraces surrounding the house.

Throughout the main house and casita, the original character of the masia has been carefully preserved, while sympathetic restoration has introduced larger windows, bright interiors and the comforts expected of a luxury country estate.
The main house offers ten individually designed bedrooms and suites accommodating up to 28 guests. The adjoining casita, available at an additional cost, sleeps up to five guests, giving the estate a maximum capacity of 33.
Across the main house there are eight king-size beds, three queen-size beds, three double sofa beds and two single beds. Several of the king-size beds can be configured as twins. Every bedroom and suite has its own distinctive character, combining traditional architecture with comfortable furnishings and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
Although Almiral feels wonderfully private, it is only ten minutes from the beaches, restaurants and boutiques of Sitges, approximately 35 minutes from Barcelona International Airport and less than an hour from the centre of Barcelona.

CASITA – AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL COST
The casita is a separate, open-plan two-storey cottage adjoining the main house across a private patio. It is connected to the main estate but also has its own entrance and driveway.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a living area with a double sofa bed. The mezzanine sleeping area has one double bed and one single bed.
The casita sleeps up to five guests and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Access to the mezzanine is via a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
The casita is only rented together with the main house and is never rented to a separate group.

Almiral de la Font is a protected historic estate, originally built as a fortified Catalan masia around 1570 and extended during the 19th century. For centuries, it has been at the heart of the Garraf’s agricultural and winemaking heritage, carefully preserving its character while being thoughtfully restored for modern living.
Today, the estate comprises vineyards, woodland, orchards and walking tracks to explore. Pear, olive, walnut, almond and orange trees grow throughout the grounds, alongside many of the herbs and wild plants native to the Mediterranean landscape.
The vineyards remain an important part of life at Almiral de la Font. Grapes grown exclusively on the estate are used to produce our own Almiral de la Font white wine and cava, which guests are invited to enjoy during their stay.
Historic features, including the original wine presses and bodega, remain as reminders of the estate’s past. Carefully designed terraces and enlarged windows make the most of the spectacular views across the Garraf Natural Park and towards the Mediterranean.
Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire estate throughout their stay, including the main house, casita (if included in your booking), swimming pool, exceptionally well-equipped gym, sauna, home cinema, games room, Moroccan lounge, terraces, gardens and all outdoor entertaining areas.
Set within 250 acres of private countryside, the estate offers complete privacy, with vineyards, woodland and walking tracks to explore at your leisure.
Before your arrival, we'll stay in touch to help you plan your visit, answer any questions and arrange additional services if required. A member of our team will personally welcome you to the estate, show you around the property and ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
During your visit, our housekeeper attends daily to care for the communal areas of the house, with fresh linen and towels provided for longer stays. Our house chef can be booked for anything from a relaxed family meal to a special celebration, and we are happy to help arrange additional housekeeping, babysitting and other services before you arrive.
Almiral de la Font is always rented on an exclusive-use basis and is never shared with other guests. We simply ask that you treat the estate with the same care and respect that has helped preserve this special place for generations.

Almiral de la Font is a protected historic estate dating back to the 16th century. While it has been carefully restored for modern living, it retains many original features, including uneven surfaces, steps and low beams that reflect its long history and character.
A car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding countryside, beaches and nearby towns. Sitges is just 10 minutes away, Barcelona Airport around 30 minutes, and Barcelona city centre approximately 45 minutes by road.
The estate is ideal for family holidays, celebrations, corporate retreats and wellness groups. If you are planning a wedding, event, filming or professional photography, please let us know before booking so that we can discuss your plans and ensure everything is properly arranged.
To preserve the peaceful setting of the estate and maintain good relationships with our neighbours, amplified music outdoors is not permitted after 10.00 pm. Music may continue indoors in the Events Room.
As the estate extends across 250 acres of private countryside, parents should supervise young children, particularly around the swimming pool and other outdoor areas.

The separate casita is available which sleeps up to 5 guests at an extra price of €165 a night with a minimum of 3 nights.
