The space
Whatever the season, there's always something to do at this massive Spring Farm estate. Two butlers and a chef are on hand to serve up to 17, freeing up time to play ping pong or shuffleboard in the games room, dip in the pool, or take a breather in the cedar steam room. Three bars, billiards, and an alfresco hot tub keep the party lit, and the sugary sands of Half Moon Beach are a 5-minute drive.
