Gorgeous Villa Solemar is a wonderfully tranquil haven for relaxing and exploring Ambergris Cave, the largest island of Belize located northeast in the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
At Villa Solemar the morning greets you with a spectacular sunrise beyond the azure Caribbean Sea. Comfortable and elegantly casual for guests of all ages, the interior of Villa Solemar highlights the talent of local craftsmen and artists. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen contains all you need to create an extra special island meal or tropical drink to be enjoyed on the spacious poolside verandah. It’s the perfect setting to watch the sunrise over the reef as you enjoy your morning coffee or a place to linger in the evening for stargazing. Your verandah allows instant access to the beautiful pool accented with tropical planters.
When the sun goes down, browse through the DVD selection and relax in front of one of the flat-screen televisions, borrow a book from the shelf, or settle at the large dining table for a game of cards or some great dining and conversation. Whether your vacation includes quality time with family or a celebration with friends, Villa Solemar offers a memorable retreat where you can appreciate the magic of Belize.
The three bedrooms, each with a king size bed, celebrate the natural diversity of Belize with hand-carved headboards and artwork representing the island, the reef, and the rainforest. A full size futon and queen sofa bed provide additional sleeping options to accommodate parties of up to eight guests.
San Pedro Town is the only town on the island and is 3 miles away. It’s 1 mile to the tennis and basketball courts. From the beautiful azure waters of the Caribbean, to the Maya Mountains and the Pine Ridge, Belize has an adventure for everyone. Home to the second largest coral reef in the world, it’s a hub for snorkel or scuba diving. The reef lies one-half mile east of the Ambergris Caye shoreline and runs the entire 25-mile length of the island.
