The space
Dorado Vida Estate is a gorgeous villa located in Indian Wells, less than ten miles from Coachella. Newly built in 2017, the California Spanish Revival villa features enchanting views of the San Jacinto Mountains, extraordinary indoor and outdoor living areas, and superb leisure and play facilities including a private tennis court, swimming pool, and bocce court. With four deluxe bedrooms accommodating ten guests, Dorado Vida Estate is ideal for golf and tennis aficionados, Coachella Music Festival pilgrims, and families seeking an enchanting private paradise near Palm Springs.

The spectacular, two-acre estate features a gorgeous swimming pool terrace leading out to a lush, expansive lawn against the backdrop of Eisenhower Mountain. Enjoy a morning game of tennis before a refreshing dip in the hot tub and pool. Pluck fruit from the villa's orchard and squeeze a glass of fresh juice (a juice squeezer is available in the kitchen). In the afternoon, play basketball or bocce before relishing a delicious barbeque lunch alfresco.

The villa's stunning Great Room features exquisite furnishings, elegant décor, high ceilings of rich, pickled wood and exposed beams, and light streaming in through large open doors and clerestory windows above. Mix cocktails at the fantastic bar and gather in one of the sumptuous lounges, beholding the mountain views or watching your favorite shows on TV. Prepare amazing meals in the beautiful kitchen—fully equipped with chef-grade appliances, a walk-in pantry, and ample countertops—and join each other at the dining table or on the alfresco terrace.

The villa includes four bedroom suites, two with king beds, one with a queen, and one with two queens. The master and two of the guestrooms open to the terrace, and all have lovely ensuite bathrooms. 

Dorado Vida Estate enjoys one of the finest possible locations in the Coachella Valley. Indian Wells Country Club and Tennis Garden is minutes away, while the Coachella Festival Grounds and Old Town La Quinta are both about ten miles from your door. The renowned Vintage, Shadow Mountain, and Hyatt Regency clubs are all minutes away, and Palm Springs is just a seventeen-mile drive.

But, during the fall and winter, this desert oasis is populated by nature junkies and golfers seeking warm weather and adventure on the rocky countryside.
