The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing.
