There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
