The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Im Garten unter den Apfelbäumen kann man die Seele baumeln lassen oder gemütlich beisammen sitzen, Grill verfügbar! Für die kids steht eine Sandkiste oder eine Tischtennisplatte bereit. Im Sommer empfiehlt sich eine Kanufahrt auf dem nahegelegenen Ratzeburger See oder ein Shoppingtrip nach Lübeck! Hochzeitsfeiern möglich auf dem Hof! Das Haus ist vollunterkellert.

Charming country house close to Lubeck/Baltic sea

The cozy house is an old farm house which got renovated in 2014. The interior is a mixture of French Brocante/Flea Market style (which matches the old wooden elements of the house) with the new elements, yet all rooms and everything is completely newly renovated in 09/2014. There is a floor heating in the bathroom and normal heating system elsewhere. Palingen used to be a GDR border village, so normal citizens were not allowed, only frontier soldiers. Everything survived very charming.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
