The village is located in Roztocze, from which there are Szumy, Quarries in Nowiny and Józefów and Czartowe Pole in the vicinity.

Our property is superbly located just 4km from the center of Chełm. There is a bathing area by the Žółtańce lagoon and a local brewery. For children, we have a large playground with a trolley and mini golf. We encourage anglers to our carp fishery. See you there :)

The cottage is located on the grounds of recreational plots, at their very end, which allows you to enjoy the landscape. Nearby is an indian village with the possibility of ATV rental, a rope park, and a didactic and natural path. It is also a good starting point for exploring the paths of the Poleski National Park.
