This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

You are very welcome in “The Mews”, a charming converted barn located on the grounds of the 18th Century restored Fomerla House, also called Castleview Cottage. The Mews, a traditional barn with the convenience of modern life, is ideally located in a tranquil setting, convenient for exploring the sights of County Clare. It is 25 minutes from Shannon Airport, 15 minutes from Ennis, the medieval capital town of Clare and 10 minutes from Tulla, the local town.

The cottage has been completely transformed in 2023 in to a beautiful luxurious home beside all the amenities that the charming village has to offer. Clonunion House is a delightful 250 year-old farmhouse set on a working family farm in the outskirts of the picturesque village of Adare, County Limerick. The house is set in large tranquil gardens. Three guest rooms are en-suite, spacious and antique furnished. Whether it is walking the gardens, enjoying the views while eating breakfast or browsing through an interesting book in the cosy lounge, guests are sure to experience a relaxing stay.

On return relax in this spacious and peaceful space. Adjacent scenic walk along the aqueduct built in the 1920's with wonderful views while taking the stroll some 6klm if one desires. A fantastic gateway for those looking to explore West Ireland and Atlantic coast line.
