Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This space is very much about Colorado. We've added touches from the local area that exemplify our state. This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. Welcome to the our clean and bright studio apartment that offers a fenced backyard for your pup! Located in a walkable neighborhood with dining, breweries, shops and parks. See downtown from your second story deck! We are close to downtown, RiNo, in Five Points and also near LoDo. This space is private and not attached to our home. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, sink, coffee maker and toaster, all dishes and silverware. There is a large walk in closet.
