Perfect for Cat Ferry guests. Only 30 mins from ferry terminal. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Located in West Pubnico, 840 square feet of beautifully decorated open space. The rental is above our garage, set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore (not a swimming beach, a rocky shore). We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.

My house was built 100 years ago on 2.5 acres of land overlooking the Pubnico Harbour. The deck faces east so it’s a perfect place to drink your coffee and watch the sun rise over the harbour. Consult the Doers and Dreamers travel guide published by the government of NS for more ideas and dates of the festivals. Yarmouth Cat Ferry is 40 minutes away and the Digby ferry is 1h45 minutes away. My sister lives right next door and she can help if you have any questions.
