Situated in the unique position of having it’s feet in Gunnerside Ghyll, totally detached and in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Debra Cottage abounds with character. Every room is a delight of bespoke joinery and high quality fittings. Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

A characterful cosy cottage for two (Super King zip link or twin beds) in beautiful Arkengarthdale, the most northerly of The Yorkshire Dales, with large walk-in shower. There are stunning walks from the door, along Arkle Beck, through picturesque woods or onto open moorland. Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. A village pub, and a highly regarded hotel restaurant are a short walk away. Sorry, no pets.

We have loved creating this very special getaway for two here in beautiful Swaledale. Our shepherds hut is located in an idyllic private location with far reaching views of Swaledale. All the feelings you have as a child making dens and wanting to sleep out in them have been fulfilled ( be it a little more luxurious!). Whatever time of year, a cosy retreat awaits you with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, luxury bedding, cosy sheepskins, kingsize bed. We don’t allow pets or smoking .

The Barn@Graham House

Welcome to The Barn@Graham House in the picturesque hamlet of Marrick in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Built in 1850 as a barn this historic space was recently sympathetically converted into a beautiful one-bedroomed fully equipped cottage with original features and modern comforts. The peaceful private garden and copse has far reaching views across Swaledale and is filled with a variety of bird calls. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

Barn Cottage is a beautifully appointed space, overlooking the fields and river Swale. A peaceful holiday let, perfect for walkers, cyclists and those looking to just relax. I The cottages either side, Intake Cottage and The Byre, are also available for rental. Intake Cottage Sleeps 4 and The Byre Sleeps 2. Links to each are below. This allows for flexible accommodation for upto 12 people between the properties, ideal for family or groups of friends.
