Our guest room, which started in 2023, is waiting for you to visit the peaceful Valko village in Loviisa. Apartment suitable for two people with its own entrance. The stylish kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have just been renovated. You can park your car right next to the guest room. Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. For cyclists, we offer bike washing and maintenance.

Monipuoliset ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuudet lähimetsissä ja merellä. Perille pääsee myös pyörällä tai vaikka meloen. Loviisan keskustan palvelut lähellä (n.4 km). Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

This cottage is located only 1 hour drive from Helsinki. Come and relax in the nature by the sea in this small (35 m2) summercottage with all ameneties. There is one bedroom with a 120cm bed and a sofabed in the cottage, a well equipped kitchen, electric sauna, shower and toilet in the cottage, and the tapwater is drinkable. You have acces to the cottages own beach with pier and a rowingboat at your use. You can also rent a separate wood heated beach sauna that you can rent for 50€.

Cozy cottage in the countryside!

Mökkirauhaa luonnon keskellä lähellä Porvoota ja saaristoa, metsän laidalla, 15 km Porvoosta ja 30 km Loviisasta. Täydellinen kahdelle, ( 140 leveä sänky), mutta majoittaa tarvittaessa neljä (2 vuodesohvalla). Oma piha, kaksi terassia, puusauna, grillipaikka ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Erinomainen valinta lomalle tai työmatkalle. Huom! Lähin kauppa tai ravintola ei ole aivan nurkan takana, joten varaa mukaan eväät ja herkut – täällä nautitaan omassa rauhassa.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. The studio is located on the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) close to a park and within walking distance from all services and shops. 55m2 renovated pink cottage in the countryside, near the center of Pernaja, 80 km from Helsinki. To the center of Loviisa 12km. In the cottage a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The cozy living room has an air source heat pump, a couch, a TV, and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious toilet has a shower cabin and a washing machine. Families with children are also included in the equipment.

Cozy and affordable near the Ruukkila area

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.
