You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

Located in the Albaicin, Moorish style neighborhood with flowery labyrinthes of alleys and medieval squares. The apartment, cosy and confortable, in a traditional home of the Albaicin, is 2 minutes walking from Paseo de los Tristes and Rio Darro, and close to Plaza Nueva, restaurants and tapas bar... It's also very close to the Mirador de San Nicolas.

Newly renovated penthouse in one of the main avenues of Jaén. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding roof for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care to provide a quality rest, with a high-end Flex mattress of 160cm and good pillows and sheets. Buses and taxis stop right next to the portal.
