Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

La Cuchilla country house

A place with a lot of history, it was once an old stagecoach stop. Located 11 km from Mariscala, 180 km from Montevideo and 100 km from Punta del Este. The house is rented for the group's exclusive use, fully equipped. The barbecue (old recycled shed) is the place where everyone is invited to get together. It has a large wood-burning stove in the living room, double grill and bread oven, On the other side, a large gallery with a swimming pool and grill ideal for enjoying on warmer days.

The Apple House

It is a self-built house, with bioclimatic design and natural materials. It has rainwater collection, a Russian stove, a greenhouse attached to the house, passive ventilation and heating, gray water treatment and a biodigester. The house has a room upstairs with a double bed and in the living room a sofa for one and a half people. If the tenants request it, an extra mattress can be attached. Everything was designed in detail and with a functional and aesthetic criterion.
