At the back of the house there is an arm of the Fuy river that is full most of the year. In December, January, February, March, April, May it sometimes dries up. We are located 10 minutes from the Huilo Huilo reserve, a few km from Choshuenco, 40 minutes from the Liquiñe hot springs, close to beaches and 40 minutes from Panguipulli. We have an agreement with the Neltume park for the price of the entrance, in arborism and canopy.

The last quater mile to the house is a gravel road with two steep hills and is only for 4x4 or awd cars. The tiny home is located near the famous waterfall "Salto del Claro" and is not more than a few minutes from the "Rio Turbio" which is great for hiking or in summertime taking a deep in the volcanic spring waters.
