Es un estudio muy sencillo y pequeño en el centro de San Juan pueblo, equipado suficientemente para cubrir las necesidades básicas. Por su tamaño es ideal para una o dos personas, pero tiene un sofá cama y pueden quedarse una o dos más. Tiene sábanas, toallas, menaje de cocina, plancha, televisión, wifi etc. Cerca de todos los servicios como supermercados, tiendas, cafeterías, bancos, transporte. Está a 2 kilómetros de la playa de San Juan y del campo de golf y a 6 del centro de Alicante.
