The accommodation is also well situated - being only about 200 metres from natural sea water pools, 15 km to the city of Las Palmas and the port of Agaete.

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

Lots of light, native vegetation and direct access to a mountain with rest areas on the mountain, with incredible views and several trails that you can walk. It´s a quiet urbanization, without noise and close to all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations ...) It is an open floor fully equipped with: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room, laundry room and terrace with pool. The entire place provides wireless internet and a parking in front of the house on the road.
