Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Beautiful and comfortable studio in a quiet area, excellently equipped to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely for a few months. The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice for two people traveling alone.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
