It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. In the beautiful area of Costa Del Silencio, Arona, the apartment is located in a residential area with many services around it. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. Nice for two people traveling alone.
